*CEO Walid Al Zarooni snatched a 4-star rating in the best real estate brokers’ category
Dubai, UAE: The Dubai Land Department, DLD, granted “W Capital”, a leading real estate broker, the “Golden Rank “as one of the best real estate services agency in 2021. “W Capital” was chosen from a list of more than 2,700 licensed companies registered in the DLD.
Walid Al Zarooni, CEO, was also granted a 4-star rating, the highest on the scale of ratings of real estate brokers during 2021.
The DLD and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency , RERA, selected Walid Al Zarooni from a list of more than 4,500 real estate brokers. The qualification process is based on international professional standards.
The DLD usually rank real estate brokers on the basis of performance, experience, number and value of transactions, rules and law compliance, customer services, office structure, and corporate social responsibility.
Walid Al-Zarooni is known for his extensive experience in the field of real estate investments, and was one of the first to use social media to educate the public interested in real estate markets, by providing free advice almost daily, about the real estate, and data and knowledge related to this sector. He streams videos of real estate advice, and uses social platform applications, such as Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter, where he is very active.
