Windmills follows International and Local Valuation Standards 
We registered with the Dubai Land Department and the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (“RERA”). We have a dedicated valuation management team who are professional members of the RICS (MRICS) who adhere to RICS Global Valuation Standards (“The RICS Red Book”) , International Valuation Standards (“IVS”), as well as the Emirates Book of Valuation Standards (“EBVS”)They are adequately supported by a experienced team of valuation experts who are likewise equally competent in providing our clients with a quality valuation service. As above, we ensure that our reports are prepared and submitted in compliance with both local and International Valuation Standards set by the Regulatory Agencies in the UAE, the RICS and the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) respectively.
