Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential decreased by 2.4 points, from 220.9 to 218.5, which represents a decrease of 1.10% in September 2019. Prices also decreased 7.26% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Dubai Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential decreased by 1.1 points, from 76.4 to 75.3, which represents a decrease of 1.47% in September 2019. Prices also decreased 8.43% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.4 points, from 81.3 to 80.9, which represents a decrease of 0.43% in September 2019. Prices also decreased 7.73% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.6 points, from 77.1 to 76.5, which represents a decrease of 0.84% in September 2019. Prices also decreased 6.33% y-o-y.
Ajman, RAK, Sharjah Residential Property Sales Price Indices
Ajman apartment sales prices registered an increase in September 2019. Prices increased 1.87% m-o-m and also increased 10.15% y-o-y.
Ras Al Khaimah apartment sales prices registered a decrease in September 2019. Prices decreased 1.78% and also decreased 17.83% y-o-y.
Sharjah apartment sales prices registered an increase in September 2019. Prices increased 2.03% m-o-m but decreased 4.96% y-o-y.
Ajman, RAK, Sharjah Residential Property Rental Price Indices
Ajman apartment rent prices registered a decrease in September 2019. Prices decreased 1.50% m-o-m and also decreased 11.81% y-o-y.
Ras Al Khaimah apartment rent prices registered a decrease in September 2019. Prices decreased 0.97% m-o-m and also decreased 11.14% y-o-y.
Sharjah apartment rent prices registered an increase in September 2019. Prices increased 1.19% m-o-m but decreased 8.86% y-o-y.
