Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index decreased by 0.99 points, from 76.41 to 75.42, which represents a decrease of 1.30% in June 2020. Prices also decreased
8.27% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index decreased by 0.84 points, from 80.35 to 79.51, which represents a decrease of 1.05% in June 2020. Prices also decreased 6.60%
y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.10 points, from 73.99 to 73.89, which represents a decrease of 0.13% in June 2020. Prices also decreased
5.17% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 1.30 points, from 74.86 to 73.56, which represents a decrease of 1.74% in June 2020. Prices also decreased 10.66% y-o-y.
