Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential increased by 1.0 points, from 219.9 to 220.9, which represents an increase of 0.49% in August 2019. On the other hand, prices decreased 7.05% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Dubai Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.1 points, from 76.5 to 76.4, which represents a decrease of 0.18% in August 2019. Prices also decreased 7.77% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential increased by 0.3 points, from 81.0 to 81.3, which represents an increase of 0.38% in August 2019. On the other hand, prices decreased 7.90% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.2 points, from 77.3 to 77.1, which represents a decrease of 0.19% in August 2019. Prices also decreased 6.37% y-o-y.
Ajman, RAK, Sharjah Residential Property Sales Price Indices
Ajman apartment sales prices registered an increase in August 2019. Prices increased 0.55% m-o-m and also increased 8.24% y-o-y.
Ras Al Khaimah apartment sales prices registered a decrease in August 2019. Prices decreased 0.24% and also decreased 16.04% y-o-y.
Sharjah apartment sales prices registered a decrease in August 2019. Prices decreased 2.16% m-o-m and also decreased 8.82% y-o-y.
Ajman, RAK, Sharjah Residential Property Rental Price Indices
Ajman apartment rent prices registered an increase in August 2019. Prices increased 1.10% m-o-m but decreased 12.39% y-o-y.
Ras Al Khaimah apartment rent prices registered an increase in August 2019. Prices increased 0.74% m-o-m but decreased 10.25% y-o-y.
Sharjah apartment rent prices registered a decrease in August 2019. Prices decreased 0.35% m-o-m and also decreased 9.95% y-o-y.
