Dubai Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.6 points, from 71.7 to 71.1, which represents a decrease of 0.81% in April 2020. Prices also decreased 8.85% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.4 points, from 77.0 to 76.6, which represents a decrease of 0.56% in April 2020. Prices also decreased 8.32% y-o-y.

Ajman, RAK, Sharjah Residential Property Sales Price Indices

Ajman apartment sales prices registered an increase in April 2020. Prices increased 0.86% m-o-m and also increased 18.33% y-o-y.
Ras Al Khaimah apartment sales prices registered a decrease in April 2020. Prices decreased 0.16% m-o-m and also decreased 13.59% y-o-y.
Sharjah apartment sales prices registered an increase in April 2020. Prices increased 2.04% m-o-m and also increased 3.29% y-o-y.

Ajman apartment rent prices registered a decrease in April 2020. Prices decreased 0.43% m-o-m and also decreased 7.15% y-o-y.
Ras Al Khaimah apartment rent prices registered a decrease in April 2020. Prices decreased 1.48% m-o-m and also decreased 8.56% y-o-y.
Sharjah apartment rent prices registered a decrease in April 2020. Prices decreased 1.62% m-o-m and also decreased 8.63% y-o-y.
