UAE real estate: New ‘affordable’ residences to launch in Ajman

The new residences are positioned as an ideal investment for those looking to capitalise on the growth of the emirate.

Ajman will see the opening of new residences, accelerated by real estate developer GJ Properties, the residences are near completion and will cater to the surge in demand for those looking for ‘affordable living’.

The properties will offer one-bedroom apartments and family-style residences.

As announced by the Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) over 1,500 new licenses were issued to businesses during the first quarter of this year, the residences seek to capitalise on the growth of the emirate.

The upscale designed residential community consists of a collection of five towers connected by a podium, located on the Creek. The property will include 1,875 one and two bedroom properties located to several amenities and landmarks.

Rose Tower
Located on Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed E311, the property will feature a variety of floor plans from one bedroom and two bedroom luxury apartments with commercial showrooms on the lower level.

Gulf Tower

The development features an array of floor sizes and floor plans from two-bedroom to three bedroom apartments.

Gulfa Towers

The high rise apartments feature a studio, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments with high-end finishes.

Al Ameera Village Phase 3 will is also currently under construction, set to be completed soon.
