Windmills are ONE of the most professional and efficient Evaluation companies that I have dealt
with in Dubai!
Their staff is always switched ON and from the Start point (of booking the evaluation) to getting
an extremely professional and diligent property value Report, everything was brilliant.
The best part is that they are not clock-watchers when it comes to clients. During my transaction,
at least two times I reached out to them, much after office hours as my clients were in the US
and our late evening was the client’s early morning. I wasn’t sure if someone from Windmills
would answer my call, let alone provide me with the info and email. To my shock, not only did Liz
answer my calls after office hours but she also made it a point to email my client some relevant
info at almost 9 pm Dubai time. Not only did this please my client but also earned me some more
credibility as my client was very happy with the recommendation.
Last but not least, they valued the property at perfect marker transaction price and not like other
evaluators who rely on online portals and at times, even guesswork.
If possible, I would always like to only use Windmills for my client
requirements.
