Hoping to attract 100,000 visitors from outside the community every day it will be a major tourist attraction in the emirate.
Residences and five-star hotels in the community will have access to a large swimmable crystal lagoon wand 3km of beach-like shores and distinctive water features and parks.
Schools, a hospital and cycling and jogging tracks are also included in the development’s masterplan.
The project will be located in Dubai South’s prestigious Golf District.
