Dubai will be home to world’s first Mama Residences

UAE’s Devmark Group and Ennismore have announced the launch of the world’s first Mama Residences to be located in Business Bay, Dubai. The luxury furnished apartments are designed by French designer El Doghaili Benjamin.
Mama Residences is the residential offering from hotel brand Mama Shelter located all around the world including Belgade, Boreax, Lisboa, London, Los Angeles, Luxembourg, Paris and more. First launched in Paris in 2008, the chain of hotels has expanded to over 13 countries.
The building is uniquely designed with mosaic steps, colourful walls and eccentric hanging decorations.
The branded residences will have amenities including outdoor swimming pools, multi-purpose gym, outdoor amphitheatre, lounge and entertainment zone.
For the younger audience, the residence has a children pool and play area. The adult entertainment zone includes multiple poolside bars and a DJ tower.
