The Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential increased by 0.3 points, from 225.0 to 225.3, which represents an increase of 0.15% in March 2019. On the other hand, prices decreased 8.44% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
The Dubai Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential increased by 0.4 points, from 78.6 to 79.0, which represents an increase of 0.51% in March 2019. On the other hand, prices decreased 9.96% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential increased by 0.4 points, from 84.0 to 84.4, which represents an increase of 0.45% in March 2019. On the other hand, prices decreased 6.53% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential increased by 0.1 points, from 78.6 to 78.7, which represents an increase of 0.10% in March 2019. On the other hand, prices decreased 8.81% y-o-y.
Ajman, RAK, Sharjah Residential Property Sales Price Indices
Ajman apartment sales prices registered a decrease in March 2019. Prices decreased 2.00% m-o-m and also decreased 7.35% y-o-y.
Ras Al Khaimah apartment sales prices registered a decrease in March 2019. Prices decreased 2.01% and also decreased 11.37% y-o-y.
Sharjah apartment sales prices registered a decrease in March 2019. Prices decreased 1.13% m-o-m and also decreased 7.54% y-o-y.
Ajman, RAK, Sharjah Residential Property Rental Price Indices
Ajman apartment rent prices registered an increase in March 2019. Prices increased 2.18% m-o-m but decreased 15.25% y-o-y.
Ras Al Khaimah apartment rent prices registered a decrease in March 2019. Prices decreased 1.14% m-o-m and also decreased 9.98% y-o-y.
Sharjah apartment rent prices registered an increase in March 2019. Prices increased 1.58% m-o-m but decreased 8.17% y-o-y.
