Chief Business Officer

Responsibilities
Sales:
• Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Managing the sales team and providing coaching and support to ensure they meet their targets.
• Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Marketing:
• Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to promote our products and services.
• Managing the marketing team and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
• Identifying new marketing channels and opportunities to reach our target audience.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Proposals:
• Managing the proposal process from start to finish.
• Developing proposals that are tailored to the client’s needs and requirements.
• Ensuring proposals are submitted on time and meet all requirements.
• Providing guidance and support to the proposal team.
Empanelment:
• Developing and implementing a strategy to empanel with procurement departments of clients.
• Identifying opportunities for empanelment with clients and preparing necessary documents.
• Ensuring all empanelment requirements are met in a timely manner.
Online Visibility:
• Developing and implementing a strategy to enhance the online visibility of our company.
• Managing the online visibility team and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
• Identifying new opportunities to enhance our online presence.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure our online presence is aligned with our overall business objectives.

Requirements and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
• Experience in managing the proposal process and developing winning proposals.
• Experience in empanelment with procurement departments of clients.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online visibility strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
