Dubai: Real estate leasing service Al Ghurair Properties has launched Stay Holiday Homes, a new holiday home concept offering high-quality vacation properties suitable for short-term stays or month-long trips.
Stay Holiday Homes will offer a wide selection of accommodation options in Dubai Marina, Al Barsha, Bur Dubai and Deira, ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments
Ahmed El Bassyouni, head of hospitality and commercial leasing at Al Ghurair Properties, told Gulf News: “As the short-term rental arm of the long-standing industry leader, we have exclusive access to superbly located properties, and we’ve also got decades of hospitality experience that’ll help make every stay memorable.
“We noticed that there are very little holiday home offerings in old Dubai. The government is investing in upgrading Dubai’s traditional areas, which attract many visitors,” he added.
Each vacation rental property is designed to be conveniently located to popular destinations and tourist attractions across Dubai, as well as providing five-star facilities, including digital locks, housekeeping options, family rooms, private parking, swimming pools, fitness centres and saunas.
El Bassyouni continued: “We’ve created a highly automated system to streamline the entire booking, check-in, and check-out process. We adhere to the DTCM Holiday Home standards, which require our visitors to produce their passport and contact information in advance for registration and to sign our standard contract for the duration of their stay.”
Stay Holiday Homes properties are also listed on online platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda.
