In the Gulf Real Estate Awards ceremony held early 2018, Windmills secured “2nd Place in the Best Real Estate Consulting Company of the Gulf” award. The Gulf Real Estate Awards is the Gulf’s most prestigious awards that recognises and rewards excellence across the real estate in the region. The category recognises the Real Estate Consultancy that provide support, including property and tenant evaluation, opinions of value, financial analysis, including lease and cash flow analysis, financing, economic incentives, and market research.
Our Managing Director, Mr. Bilal Moti, an MRICS and a registered valuer at RICS Middle East, has “Scored Highly” assessment rating by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK Assessment in June 2018.
