1.8 Billion Dirhams, The Actions Of Dubai Real Estate Today

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.8 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 496 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 1.67 billion dirhams, including 49 pledges of allegiance to land, at a value of 756.08 million dirhams, and 447 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 910.14 million dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of 445 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area, followed by a pledge of 87 million dirhams in the Seih Shuaib 4 area, followed by a pledge of 26 million dirhams in the fourth Al Thanyah area.

Al-Habibiya 5th district topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 16 sales at a value of 50 million dirhams, followed by the city of Hind 4, with 8 sales at a value of 8 million dirhams, and a third in Seih Shuaib 2, with 6 sales at a value of 40 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 44 million dirhams in Umm Suqeim III, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 37 million dirhams in the second Jumeirah area, and finally the sale of 24 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.
