1.8 Billion Dirhams Of Dubai Real Estate Transactions on Monday

Monday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.8 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 481 pledges of allegiance worth 1.58 billion dirhams, including 40 land pledges worth 549.42 million dirhams, and 441 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas worth 1.03 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales of 300 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.

Jebel Ali first area topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 16 pledges worth 55 million dirhams, followed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area with 5 pledges worth 101 million dirhams, and the third in Palm Jumeirah with two pledges of 301 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 60 million dirhams was pledged in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 21 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area, and finally a pledge of 16 million dirhams in the third Umm Suqeim area.

The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 94 pledges worth 158 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 63 pledges of 245 million dirhams, and the third in Al Barsha South Fourth, with 46 pledges of 31 million dirhams.

Mortgages amounted to 178.19 million dirhams, including 14 mortgages of land worth 72.7 million dirhams and 54 mortgages of villas and apartments worth 105.49 million dirhams.

As for donations, 19 donations worth AED 39.42 million were registered, the most important of which were in Al Barsha South Fifth District with a value of AED 16 million and another in Dubai Marina with a value of AED 16 million.
